Prior to purchasing any software or membership, a buyer must read and agree to our terms and conditions else no purchase is allowed.
Our refund policy and proceedure is clearly posted and always followed exactly.
Software is only delivered via download from the net and then only after acknowledging and accepting our terms and conditions
Venue for any dispute is contractually established as Volusia County, Florida
Subject has failed to comply with the established proceedures.

Joe,
To check out your claim as to your refund policy being clearly posted... I spent at least 10 minutes looking and even went to your ANSWERS page...
Only thing I found was:
"OUR GUARANTEE (for 1 year):
Satisfaction. Period. We WILL add products about every week.
If You don't think it's worth the money, get your money back."
That is pretty darn clear to me... so I don't see what the problem is.
If what you put in bold and highlighted on your Home page doesn't match what else is said hidden in your site... then you should do everyone a favor such as...

Now... that is truth in advertising!
Actually... your program looked pretty good and I would have been tempted to spend a couple of dollars just to try out the software that you offer... but I can't if it means supporting someone that claims to give money back no matter what and then doesn't.

Just like the other people on here I have been ripped off by Joe Clayton of Claysoft and Free software Forever aswell..
He promised a refund he sent me a procedure to follow I did everything agreeing everything i downloaded was deleted and such and sent it back along with a foward of the paypal receipt this went on for a month easy him saying he never got the propcedure
he requested i didnt follow guidelines and send what he ask when I did and have proof i did so and it was sent 28+ times then finnally after calling TIGER INVESTAGATIONS (whom i believe is a scam aswell) a woman answers
I say I never got my refund as promised and such and she started going off being rude and threatning me and i said I will take this matter to court to get my money back and file charges against JOE CLAYTON and anyone involved in this matter since he said he turned over the refund to you all and it was your job to do it
she replied with for the amount you paid of $47.00 it wouldnt be worth your time and she hung up on me.
The joe i called his number he answered said I pissed him off and he hung up on me aswell. It has been along time and still NO REFUND as promised.
and Week after week went by i sent one last email to ask for my refund or when i would get it the reply i got REFUND IS IN THE WORKS. then I got one other email and it said.
Please consider this as formal notice that the e-mail being sent to Mr Joe Clayton at all of his addresses, includeing wizard@claysoft.com is consideredto be malicious, unsoliciated and intended to be disruptive to the conduct of
his business.
This may be a violation of Federal Code and may subject you to significant civil and/or criminal penalties.
Your actions are being documented and your mail activity stored as evidence of your actions.
You are directed to immediately CEASE AND DECIST from any further or additional contact with Mr. Clayton. Your issue has been addressed and you
have no further need to communicate.
You are noticed that Free-Software-Forever nor FSF nor Creative Software nor any other Interned enterprise operated by Mr. Clayton wish to do business with you or any company you operate.
Any incoming mail will be considered SPAM and will be reported as such to your mailhost, your ISP and your Domain Registrar.

also it is a sorry shame this guy calls his self a Christian im highly offended by that as the fact Im a Christian myself Christians dont steal and lie and rip other honest people off......
Thank you for taking you time to read my problem with FSF and Joe Clayton... I hate this has happended to more people than me hopefully together we all can put a stop to this criminal.
