Nett Solutions is a scam. Please stay away from Nett Solutions: http://www.nettsolutions.com and NEVER use them for online marketing. Nett Solutions is a scam Internet Marketing company that signs you up & charges you for top placement on search engines such as YAHOO, GOOGLE & MSN but does not deliver them!! My family's business in KY was signed up with Net Solutions aka nettsolutions.com in 2005.

Nett Solutions promised top placement with key word terms agreed on for a very high dollar price. These terms were changed on us with out notice and still charged the same price.

We complained many times, with no response. The scam artist at Nett Solutions aka www.nettsolutions.com finely got back to us & said we had to pay a much higher amount if we still want the original terms we agreed on. We declined after waisting about $20,000 with the Nett Solution scammers on terms we never agreed to because we don't trust them any more.

We demanded a refund for the unauthorized amounts they charged to our credit cards. At that point the nettsolutions.com scamers cut off communication with us, that was last year in 2007.

I just noticed in the last several months we have been charged $2,000 more dollars in from them. We will be fighting this case with www.nettsolutions.com .

Please don't support such a horrible business that is based on ripping hard working Americans off. And never use Net Solutions nettsolutions.com for your marketing needs.

If you have been scammed by nettsolutions.com please post your complaints. The world needs to know about these money hungry scam artist. They mislead & mistreat people because it is all about money to them and obviously reputation means nothing. .

we had the same experience:

Carl Hagmier and kelly nelson along with their fraudulent cronies at nett solutions 65 Enterprise Aliso Viejo, CA 92656 info@nettsolutions.com (949) 330-7060 signed with us a contract for seo word placement or google resellers, we were promised it would be expanded search like pay per click but that was not the case, so we cancelled the contract, they will call and threaten you beware.

please call us at(((Redacted)))if you need anymore details i would be more than happy to talk to you about this and give you a little education we learned about keyword placement.

whatever is written about them on this site from other people is 100% true, our problem was we did not believe what was written and we got in to a mess with them, they are not honest, fair or in anyway decent people just keep away.

they say they have all these customers but i doubt this is true, looking back at the emails we had with them they were hiding details all along, i really dont like saying this about people but their staff are trained by carl hagmier to be deceitful hide details they make sure not to write anything on email but they will call you and promise you the world, but when it comes to email they will be short just take a look at your questions answered via phone and email.

and again anyone wishing to call us we will be more than happy to discuss and give you all that we learned about this market.

I have recently retained them. I understand that they are simply doing the numbers to buy placement on adwords. I also understand that i could do the same thing on my own. But for a couple hundred bucks a month I don't have to deal with it. All of my keywords have appeared as promised. All of the keywords were correct. This program may not be reight for everyone, but it is right for some.

Complete Hoax. A Bogus Complaint filed by two ex employees - Mike Ortega & Jerry Lehman

The complaint filed by "Leeha" from Aberdeen, Kentucky is a complete and utter hoax. A thorough search of our database shows that we have never had a client named "Leeha" nor a client from Aberdeen, Kentucky. In addition, the report was identical to one submitted on the exact same day to another site, The Squeaky Wheel, which we were able to get removed when they were confronted with the evidence that the name used was different than the one on this one and the credit card that they required for their $5 payment was even different!

This report was clearly submitted by two ex-employees, Michael & Jerry, who are currently being sued by Nett Solutions. The "facts" outlined in this report are absurd and could never happen. We could never change the prices or the terms as all clients have signed contracts guaranteeing the price and the search terms. In addition, we would never continue to charge someone after they cancelled. That is unethical and would simply result in a chargeback.

Anyone who thinks this report is real needs to re-read the report. It is clearly fabricated and makes outlandish statements about what "transpired." The authors did a terrible job of writing a bogus report and will see this item as an additional item in the lawsuit they are facing!
