My bankcard recently changed cuasing problems with my aol and compuserve accounts.
No problem, I just call them up and pay my bill, giving them my new number right?
Wrong! I CAN NOT GET THROUGH!!!!
I have been on hold with aol now for half an hour. Ive tried several times the past couple days and always just give up. How am I gonna pay my bill? This is ridiculous.
Compuserve whos run by aol is the same way. Ive been trying them for a few weeks and they just hang up on you after they put you on hold for 5 minutes. How am I gonna pay the bill. Theyve sent me a warning of reporting me to a collection agency now and I have to get this paid right away. Ive been TRYING to for a while now, but apparently you have to wait on the phone for an hour?
I dont know! Ive NeVER gotten through!
Im still listening to really bad hold music right now.
