If you are thinking of starting a Pay Per Click Campaign for your business, Stay Away from WebSearchSpecialists.com! This company does not provide quality service and takes entirely too long to get back to you. This company is owned and operated by one individual who obviously takes on more than he can handle. I purchased a pay per click campaign on March 2, 2008 and I could not receive a response on the status of my account until two weeks later. In the meantime, I was getting charged by Google for a pay per click campaign that I had not approved. It stated in the company's 100% Guarantee that I would have to approve the campaign before it was active. I was charged over $500 in one week by Google and that was non refundable. I immediately cancelled this campaign with Web Search Specialists and he attempted to charge my credit card for the month of April. I reported him to fraud and received the April charge back, but did not get my initial set up fee of $895 refunded. This is a major scam operation to stay away from. I am currently battling this in small claims court, but the time period for a trial hearing could be 6 months. In the meantime, everyone should stay far away from this. You have been Forewarned!
