I've read about three other similar complaints about Immigration Specialists Helpline based in Colorado Springs. This company is very careless about their advice and wants to charge customers upfront over the phone by credit card. If you do use their services, make sure you check with the real INS or CIS office - even if you are put on hold at these official government office - because they could be providing wrong advice.
They want to move so fast into filing papers and charging you for a service "to-be-done" so that you don't have time to research them or the real law and fees. When confronted over the phone about refunding what they charged because the service and advice they provided is incorrect, they refuse to refund any money. VERY bad way to run a business. Now, if anybody knows how to go about getting them to refund $400, please advise.
