To start with Eloan did get my loan. Had some hassle as I had gotten some erroneous info from someone and he said too bad and hung up and had to scranble to find another loan. I called again and had reachd someone else and asked why I was told something and then told something else and the girl the second time was very helpful and smoothed it out and ended up getting the loan after all.

Now after I was trying to make my first payment and was trying to download the forms and such to do am automatic debit from checking and was having trouble with the forms. I mailed the first payment and then eventually was able to get the debit to work.

The check went through fine and called them to make sure that I also would not have the automatic debit done also. The customer service rep told me what to do which was write a letter and what to state and fax to the payment dept. I did that and caled 2 days later and of course they never received. They gave me a different number which was a supposedly supervisor and refaxed it. Well of course I called the next day and of course they never received it. They gave me another number and it was the same as the first and told them so they gave me a tool free number to do fax again. I did and the same thing.

Well as you can guess they debited it the account again so I have made 2 payments. I of course called again and then I get the oops and well we never received the faxes and so there is nothing to do. They have said that it should appear in my statement that there is 2 payments but of course it doesn't and now can't even see my statement at all now. Looks like I am really gonna have fun now to get the proof to them to make it all good again.

They seem to have their stuff together to get the loan going and get it through but they seem to be inept on the customer service part. I did all they asked me to do and still didn't get satisfactory service from the customer service reps. I was leery on using an online loan but had heard some good reports so I thought I would try. If their customer service were better I could really give them a thumbs up but now I feel lukewarm on them. Now I will be going to many sites and giving my experiences with them and it could have been a good one for them.
