Litton Loan Servicing ripoff While attempting to file bankruptcy litton refused to release the pay off info. Houston Texas

My loan was sold to litton by bank one. After being ripped off by bank one I am ripped up by litton loan. While attempting to file bankruptcy litton refused to release the pay off info to my attorney. I had only about two days left before they foreclosed and they were not cooperating with my attorney at all.

I had to call the local investigative reporter to force them, litton, to release the info so that I can file bankruptcy. Twice litton claims not to have received my payments and want to foreclose again.

I am a disabled veteran with emotional problems so this is even dificult to write about. Right now I am waiting to find out where my paymenys have gone to. I can't write anymore it makes me sick to feel so abused and used. If anyone knows of an attorney that can help me to sue litton please foward their info to me asap please .
