Blair Corporation & CRA Security Systems ..I should not have to pay for items that were sent back or never received!

In December of last year i ordered some items from the Blair
corporation, after being told they would be sent out with in a few days, and was also told they would be in time for christmas. 1 week before christmas i called the blair company and asked where they were, they said they hadnt been sent out because i owed a bill of $17.oo for items i had received, after sending a letter to the company saying all items had been returned, and to close this account as i am not going to pay for items i have not kept.

I received a letter from the supervisor of Blair Corporation apologizing for the error. 2 weeks later here comes items from blair corporation, well i have no need for them now as christmas was over and i sent them back and called and told them that this account of mine was closed and to send no further merchandise or magazines to my home.

Now i am sent a bill for $39.16 for who knows what and they have turned this into the CRA Security Systems collection service, which is now threatening litigation and telling me to pay or i will have to pay court costs and attorney fees. I did not keep any merchandise of Blairs i do not owe this money and to me this is pure harrassment, i have written them letters and they still insist i payi have even talked with them on the phone and i refuse to pay for something i did not keep or receive !
