On March 17, 2003, I purchased 100 personalized ribbons from said seller on Ebay. To this day, (May 8) I still have not rec'd what I purchased. The first contact I had with them was on April 4, when I sent an email to their 'service' email due to the fact that the phone number rang to a voicemail that stated that the voicemail was full.
I rec'd a response back to this email stating that all of my order information did not come through, so they needed all of my personal order info again, and they would have everything done and sent out on Monday. (This was a Thursday) After I checked their website for order status, it showed that it was still 'awaiting shipping'. So I sent another email and got a response that she was going to check on it, that she didn't see it on any of their logs, and she would get back to me.
Never got a response to this. At this point, I went on to Ebay and made a negative post, that got a response of 'an email would have worked'. Since then, I have sent several emails to check status to no avail.
Have not ever gotten any response back that they are still trying to find the order, a shippind id number, nothing. I have contacted Ebay, my Bank, filed a complaint on the BBB and the FTC websites. As well as been in contact with several other 'customers' of this supposed seller.
