Freedom Homes ripoff con artist fake ripoff Hickory North Carolina

About 3 years ago, we moved to N. Carolina to establish a home. Renting wasn't looking so good so we were told to look into Mobile Homes, their cheaper and easy to get. Well we did but the salesman "Bruce" told us that the home he had to show us was NEVER lived in and was a show model. It was on another lot and was being pulled in next week. He said he had another home to show us instead that was identical to the one we were buying. It was nice and looked homey. So we went through all the paper work, looking for a lot to put it on, building the deck etc..... and finally move in day came! We went inside to find the cupboards were all scratched up, carpet wasnt as new as it should have been, we found living and dead cockroaches ALL over, there were water leaks underneath the home, scratches throughout the place.....etc.. When we signed the papers for the home we also had to sign papers that protected them from getting sued, so we knew we couldnt go that way. I called up Bruce and told him what was going on and said we are paying $70,000 for a mobile home that seems to been lived in.I also went through all the papers and found one paper that said the home was a REPO, not NEW in tiny writing but the rest of the papers said NEW home. He said no, I'll look into it and send someone out. He jerked me around so bad for weeks I finally got mad and said I want my money back and I want OUT! He said we will offer me $1,000 but I have to be out of the home within 24 hours. What was I to do?? Be stuck paying for a mobile home that was used and not worth the price or take my losses and run as fast as I could?? I ran, ended up homeless sleeping in my car with 3 kids til I finally was put on a government housing list. I just wanted to thank Freedom Homes for caring so much for my children they left us on the street and gave us a memory of moving to NC that will last for the rest of our lives. Gee what a business man, isnt he?????
