We made an agreement with ASN (America's Shopping Network) based on paying 15,000.00 to make the video to air on TV. The airtime for 90 days was a committment of 8,000 minutes, through out the United States. We were guaranteed alot of sales because of the amount of times we were told we would get.
We never got anywhere near the minutes, not to mention, they aired it at times when most people are sleeping. In addition, when I tried to catch the spot nationwide, it never aired. So in essence, we don't believe it was airing at all. When we try to work with the company, they lied to us again. The video we did, we were suppose to get good quality Beta, VHS and a DVD. We got a terrible VHS, to the point that viewing it hurt my eyes. The Beta, which when dubbed to VHS, the copies came out bad. We never received our DVD, for distribution purposes. We were told we own this, so this is why I wanted to distribute it, but they put all these graphics on it, where we can't really use it anywhere else.
I can't believe that companies like this are allowed to conduct business. We lost a lot of money, because we manufactured product as well to fulfill these orders. We are very upset and thank you for this site.
