Paul Logan contacted me persistently in January and again in April. I declined in January, but he came back.

Without realizing, I was rapidly involved in his scam to provide consumer insurance leads to my business. The leads never materialized.

Before signing up, I called references that appeared good at the time. I called now six months later, and Next Level Marketing's scheme to defraud works this way. They satisfy a few customers with excellent results in the first few months, then the company suckers others into paying for leads. Paul Logan boldly promised to call every two weeks to keep my account current and flush with leads that would meet my objectives.

Unfortunately, once Next Level Marketing hit their money target, they closed up shop. Throughout the whole period, calls were not returned and now the toll free number is disconnected.

Next Level Marketing only accepted check draft payment and their contracts are very strongly written against the customer indicating no refunds.

This just isn't right, and a company like this should be served with justice.
