Jack Delehanty, Sunmount administration and the old political structure gain power and control of the people in this community by giving themselves some sort of sick fulfillment of their narcissistic personalities and deviant behaviors.

After all Adolf Hitler was a narcissistic personality witch lead to the downfall of his empire. These people use coercion, intimidation and fear as a tool to teach the people of this town that there is no hope.

These tactics gain control over you financially, politically and economically leaving people like Jack Delehanty and Sunmount to even control the local newspaper to print what they are told to print and fearing no reprisal.

These so-called prominent people of this community can do anything outside the law because these people have convinced themselves that they themselves are above the law.

A lot of people believe that if you speak out against the old political structure and Sunmount administration that they will get you one way or the other or so they think! We say speak out Tupper Lake in the name of freedom of speech and our beloved constitution of these United States of America.

Jack Delehanty, formerly a Public Defender for Franklin County, New York represented the poor and working poor accused of crimes in Franklin County, New York.

These clients poured out their hearts and their innermost secrets to Mr. Delehanty knowing such knowledge could never be used against them.

Unfortunately, Mr. Delehanty, after about a 13 year career in the Public Defender's Office, switched sides and for the last five years or more he has been working for the County Attorney's Office prosecuting his former clients. YOU MAY BE DUE COMPENSATION!

Specifically, we are looking for cases where Mr. Delehanty or the prosecutor's office used information about former clients against them. We are also interested in other areas of misconduct by his office such as misuse of funds, sexual improprieties with clients or employees, police misconduct, cover ups and other nefarious activities.

Many former clients claim they have been victimized by the Franklin County Public Defender's Office and the Prosecutor's Office, failure to abide by the rules prohibiting the use of confidential information and conflicts of interest.

Any other information concerning fees paid to Jack Delehanty or the Franklin County Public Defender's Office, violations of personal integrity, discriminatory comments or treatment, sexual harassment or misconduct, any documents you signed, particularly promises or representations that were made, written or not, by Mr. Delehanty, the Public Defender's Office or the District Attorney's Office, should be reported.

I was sent this site to take a look at, and lo and behold I was amused to say the least. There was many entries and rebuttals to the original report given on you and various other individuals. You stated that these were merely lies from an individual who only wants to harm reputations. My experience with gossip, is that even though some of the material may be false, there usually is truth to what is being said. Which leads me to why I myself am responding to this article. I won't write any lies, only truth, and you are more than welcome to respond to this, because I have checked with my local union officers, and people who have been misrepresented or should I say out and out victimized by your corrupt way of doing business.

As you have deducted, I work at the Center For Intensive Treatment in Tupper Lake NY, are you squirming yet? Yes, I was one of those people who were assaulted by an individual who is capable of standing trial, and who has a history of this type abuse, and has been convicted of this crime numerous times, and what did you do to protect and serve like you are supposed to do, NOTHING!!!!!!!!!. When one of my CO-workers are assaulted, and they call the state police, they are instructed by YOU to take a Brief statement, they will issue a docket number and YOU will get in touch with us, which YOU seldom if at all do.

We as the victim have to hunt you down to hear you say we have no case, and you can't prosecute, you are a disgrace to the law profession. So that people know just how you operate I will give them a prime example, one of my CO.-workers got assaulted, she got punched in the face and nose numerous times, was placed in a head lock and bounced her head off the floor, and what did you say, and I quote "There are no broken bones, or tissue damage so you can't prosecute." sound familiar yet, then two more ladies were attacked, and one suffered a broken nose and you said and I quote again "The bone was to small, so you can't prosecute" These are all true facts aren't they Mr. Delehanty, try and lie your way out of this, and I will have my CO.-workers write to this site to verify this to be true, so people can see that you will lie to hide the truth. Which leads me to my final example, we had a man who also was assaulted by a man that you had to be forced to prosecute, because people were getting sick of your failure to do your job, and the individual within a years time came back from county jail for the same crime, part of his release was that he doesn't assault again, and does assault, you enter into a plea bargain with his lawyer, and don't even have the BALLS to show up to court to represent the victim, allowed him to stay there and listen to you sell our taxpaying brother and sisters down the drain.

What gives you the right to take away peoples constitutional rights, and certainly what gives you the right to enter into a plea bargain without the victims consent. Again lawyers like you that give lawyers a bad name. Maybe you are receiving favors from OMRDD (Office Of Mental Retardation), for not prosecuting these individuals, we all know that OMRDD likes to lie and say that they have a zero percent recidivism rate which, as you can see is a lie.

Maybe you are trying to save taxpayers money, because if these individuals commit a crime in this county, then they are billed to this county and not the county that they came from, but this should be a choice that we as taxpayers make not you, or maybe you just SUCK as a lawyer, I know which one I pick, and I think that any other person who reads this will feel the same.

These are all true facts not gossip or shabby local scuttlebutt, and any person can check with our local Union officers, who have called you numerous times arguing with you about this, sound familiar. Ask yourself this, if someone attacked your wife or children in this manner would you plea, or not prosecute, if you say yes to this, then I suggest that you give your stash to your son, because it has fried to many of your brain cells and you need to give them a rest.

There is a plethora of actions consumers can seek regarding allegations of professional malfeasance regarding attorneys in any field. The American Bar Association has an Ethics committee. Federal authorities also use US Attorneys to look into matters of judicial improprieties or criminal actions. Finally, relief is avaliable through either Tort, Class Action and for the individual, Civil Suits for plaintiffs seeking judicial relief through the courts. If a Civil Right has been violated, the United States Attorney will examine each case on its own merits. Some legal services MAY take cases on a Pro Bono (free) basis if the case has merit. I suggest dropping all personal exchanges and taking the issues to an impartial attorney. The exchanges here only serve to inflame and cause damage to your town and people involved.
