First, I would like to say that your thoughts were presented very well. I cannot say that for all of the post I have read. You seem to have a clear understanding to one aspect of what it is that this company has to offer. A big part of this business is saving money on the products, and services that you are already using.
That is a true statement. They also take this one step farther with their Rewards Mall program. You have to be like Dave Ramsey teaches and think outside of the box to take full advantage of what this has to offer. There are hundreds of name brand companies where you can buy things at discount, or you can purchase gift cards at face value to use at these locations. You then earn a percentage of that back as points. You can either cash in these points for more gift cards or you can get them placed on a debit card with the cash value you have earned. I have talked to people that say in just using the rewards program they earned back enough to pay for Christmas for their entire family. So yes there is savings.

As far as money making I have only been doing this about two weeks and have made close to $1000 working it part time. I was told about this last year by my mother who did not understand enough about it to make it sound interesting to me. It sounded like another Amway type of program. She called me last month and told me she bought a motor home. Now my mom is 69 and lives off of my dad's social security. So she had my full attention when she told me this was how she paid for this motor home. I do not know what she is making per month but I do know that she still does not even understand this business and it has been successful for her. The reason she is successful is because of the support and training you get from other people in the orgaization.

I will give you one more example of someone I met that is working this business. This is a nurse in North Carolina. Her husband was leaving her with two small children. She did not want to loose her home and her transportation. She was desperate when someone told her about FHTM. She signed up and on her first off days she went to all of her friends and co-workers and tried to get them to do this business. She can tell you now that she was desperate and jumped from point to point. She really did not know much about the business but had faith that this would help her. She was trying to talk them into doing this with her based on her faith and they were not buying into it. She did not get one person to listen to her or show any interest. She assumed that all of her many friends would do this with her. The next work week she met with her up-line who started to teach her more about this business. They helped her make up a cold call sheet because she told them she needed to build her business fast. The plan was to either go to people's door or call them on the phone. She decided to make phone calls. She made over 100 calls that first day with no positive results. She admits that by the end of the day she was a lot more secure in how she spoke to people. She told them to call (646) 222-0243 and listen to a five minute message about this business. She told them she would call back in 10 minutes to see what they thought. On the second day due to having more confidence in what she was doing she got 12 people who wanted more information. She also had 8 people from the previous day's calls that contacted her wanting more information. She invited all of them to a meeting that her up-line was hosting in the area. All 20 of them came and all 20 signed up to build this business. In that one night she made $1,200 in bonus money from the first 12. The next 8 paid her $250 per person in bonus money. You do the math...she made $3,200 in bonus money in working her business that night. What would you be willing to do to make $3,200? Of course she did not make any money that first two weeks but she was learning and building a foundation within herself for her business. In my first two weeks I have learned this is very important. Anyway to keep this short, Withing the next four weeks she advanced to the executive level. She got the Lexus car, and is now making between $6000 to $8000 a month. Another thing that is funny about this business. That large bunch of friends and co-workers that was not interested when she first started. She never went back to them but when they all saw the success of her business they started to contact her to find out more information. Most of them have now started working with FHTM. This is one story of about 50 I could share with you of people I have met personally. They have been successful in not only saving money but in making money. I made $24,000 in my first three months. No discount club has ever helped me like that. Just go to wallmart if that is all you want it for.

Ok so here it is, I have seen literally hundreds of multi-leveling Networking business(or scams as some might think), I consider myself a smart business man who looks out for myself and all those I care about. I have turned down every single Pyramid/Multi-leveling marketing business I have seen. Here are some facts I learned over the years about business and Life:

1. Does not matter what the product is, or how great the business plan is, if you do not put forth the effort your REWARD will be just what you are expecting and that is Nothing. Most people who have Issue with a MLM Business are usually people who did not LISTEN or Research what they needed to do to succeed in business, before they got involved, it is a FACT that a large Majority of consumers Hear what they want to hear for Example: You could give a letter out underlining everything important to know about the Business opportunity both good and bad, as well read it to them like so, "with this business you have the opportunity to make a better income, if you apply yourself, work hard and believe in yourself" I would almost guarantee almost everyone will actually hear "You can sit on your couch and get rich, sign here!!"

2. Does not matter how you look at it, any job you have in your life in any profession is a pyramid Scheme or Multi-level Marketing as it all ends up in the Pocket of the person at the top. viewed like this: Owner ; CEO; CFO; Director; Board; Managers; Assistant Managers; Supervisors; Shift Managers; Sales Managers; Salesperson; Cashier; Stock person; cleaning crew.... and on and on... one thing for sure Everything Links to an MLM Business.

3. The Only way to Avoid being at the bottom or the totem pole, is create your own path in life from within yourself, Do what you love and Love what you do.

4. You will succeed in anything you believe you can do, and put in the effort to achieve... alternatively you will fail as soon as you believe you will fail.

5. I have been very Blessed in being Self Employed for 20 years, been at the top and been at the bottom in my life both are a matter of perspective. You see only when you truly hit rock bottom can you ever truly know what it feels like to be there and realize it is a place you never want to be again.

6. I guess I should mention what I know about FHTM (Fortune High-Tech Marketing), this was presented to me by my Uncle someone I truly respect, he has had a long time friend who is a multi millionaire who decided to try this Company out. My Uncle who was in the Army for many years and has been a successful business man in most everything he has tried, except Amway(Long Story), brought this company too me. I will say at first I was like I am to all MLM or Network Marketing companies, Zero Interest for many reasons mostly because I have no time at all. During the meeting I was taking phone calls and working on files as he was telling me about what he liked about it. Once he was done I thanked him for explaining it too me, but also said I had no time to look into it.

That night while I was at home I decided to pull up the website, once I was on the website I found that I was actually interested in what FHTM was offering, one Company GoSolo was offering an Virtual Assistant and Electronic Fax service for like $7.95 a month, I have to say I was very surprised as I had been paying for just an Electronic Fax service for the past 4 years and was Paying $60.00 a month just for that, I am now going to use their $24.95 service which offers like a ton more services then what I currently have. I also ordered about $300.00 worth of items from the Health and Beauty business on their it's name escapes me at the moment(But their Vanilla Protein Powder is the first powder I have been able to use and not feel like I am drinking sand). Of course after I bought all that I then realized if I had of signed up before I bought the services/items not only would I be getting great value for my money but I would be making a residual income from using services I would of used anyway.

Needless to say I have signed up now and even though I have no time to recruit people as I am too busy with my own businesses, I get an income for using the products I would anyway.

7. Finally I will say alot of the MLM and Networking businesses start out with the best of intentions but in order to survive alot of the time, they grow based on quantity of members, rather they Quality of Members. Even the Mighty Amway and Avon sometime way back when were highly Respected names everywhere they were heard but the lumbering beast that is Amway now, although still a great company with great products it is just too large to control what each minion is doing out there.

8. I would say listen to Every opportunity that is out there, good bad or otherwise do not judge an opportunity till you truly have the information you need to make a informed decision. Worst case Scenario you will gain a bit of Knowledge that might be useful.

9. Lastly I will end with saying as a business man and a Consumer I like the products and services FHTM has to offer each Country they are in they offer different products and the larger their consumer/rep base is the Larger and more Companies will come online and allow FHTM to offer their products. I was involved in FHTM for 2 years and struggled for a long time. I finally started to open my eyes when I found this site: http://www.comparefhtm.com (not my site). While the site is comparing to another company (a competitor) it does a good job of exposing the things my FHTM up line never told me. I think it will help anyone looking at FHTM.

After reading the previous posts, both pro and con, about FHTM, I felt led to throw my opinion into the ring as well.  A lot of what I read is either all good or it's all bad.  IMO, the reality is neither.  As with any business or job that a person may have in their lifetime, there's going to be things you will consider to be both.

I am an IR for FHTM and do not regret the choice I made.  This is my third network marketing company and it is by far the fairest of the choicest I made.  Furthermore, there are claims and statements that have been made by IR's in my upline that I later learned were untrue.  If that was by design or simply an error through ignorance on their parts, I can't say.

What I can say is that the answers are there if a person chooses to want to look for them within FHTM's structure.  There customer service department is great and will go to great lengths in order to be able to accurately answer any questions put before them.

My suggestion is that anyone that enrolls in a network marketing company consider such things as their pay plan.  How many and how divergent are they?  Are the standards they have set in order to reach goal within their company reasonable?  Am I always and forever going to be bound to my upline without any hope of surpassing them?  My assumption is that anyone that partners with a NM company is ultimately looking for a way to make the most money possible otherwise why do it?  With that in mind, I am certainly going to look for the company that will enable me to make the most money possible.

In saying that, the vehicle I choose will only be as successful as I choose to make it.  Facts are facts.  FHTM has a first class business plan that has been successfully launched into the business world.  It is orchestrated by one of the legends of NM, Paul Orberson.  There is a lot to learn if a person is teachable and open-minded.

Yes, no doubt there are other companies out there that might have a good product.  What are you going to get in return for your time, energy and efforts?  IMO, I've yet to find one that beats what FHTM is offering.  If there are things I don't know, I look at myself to answer why I don't have that knowledge.  If I were starting a small business, it would certainly be my responsibility to research and to learn all that I can.  Ditto for being an FHTM rep.

I can see why most people would consider FHTM a scam. Because it seems the majority of the people who work for FHTM don't pay attention to the poster's original question and either spam their link or spit off the mouth about success story after success story!! Goodness!!

You asked quite a few questions here, and while success stories would answer some of them, the main question you're really asking is "How are people making the amounts of money FHTM claims?"

Answer: The MLM Side of the business.

As you've stated, you've noticed your friend saving money on his services or products, etc. etc. Well that's nice fine and dandy, but the real money making model goes into telling 3 of your friends about the business and savings, and them telling their friends, etc. etc... From there as you start to reach certain levels (which is NOT hard, Regional is getting 12 people - Tell your 3 friends, and then your three friends tell their 3 friends). Then you start to make, or be eligible for checks coming in the mail to you. As you help your 3 friends reach regional just like you did, you start to go to the next level. This is where people can make anywhere from $800 extra a month upwards of $10,000 a month. When you get to that level things start to somewhat go on "autopilot" and your "Downline" as it's called will start growing and doubling eventually. You can still push hard in it to get to the next level; as most people who do, especially if they're close.

I can go on and list the rewards, etc. But I'm a firm believe of facts, and even reaching the first level before dreaming of the next, etc. I just barely started and everything made sense to me. What pissed me off the most about it, is that my "friends" (really my ex-boss, and a few entrepreneur friends), when I tried to get them to hear about it, they were already in it!! But on other teams!! That was what ultimately got me to join. It just makes sense to business-minded, successful people.

a friend asked me to check into FHTM. I have read all these posts especially all the ones where they are making BIG money. This is easy.

All of you distributors making that BIG money need to post your name and phone number here, online. People will then contact you and you can furnish them a copy of your 1099 from FHTM along with an authorization to FHTM to release your 2007, 2008, 2009 1099 to anyone , everyone.

That would make it real easy to verify all the BIG money claims. The program either works or it doesn't.
