I placed an order for a long-sleeve customized t-shirt through mygarb.com on July 14, 2008. I heard from the company on August 28, 2008 (because I sent them an email asking about my purchase) and they informed me that the particular long-sleeve shirt was no longer in stock "We are very sorry we have not been able to contact you sooner about your order due to technical problems. Unfortunately, we ran out of Women Baby Doll Longsleeve shirts..."

I requested on August 28, 2008 to have my money refunded to my credit card since I felt this was poor customer service on their part. They had my order for over 6 weeks and then they finally told me they no longer could fill my order. So, begins the email exchange between me and the 4 people from the company to get my refund. I email them each week and still no refund onto my credit card.

Today, September 19, 2008, I get a response that I have a check coming to me in the mail. (because once again I emailed the company) In the mail? The company just responded that they had to process the refund by check because PayPal will not allow them to go back 60 days. I paid by my personal credit card, not through PayPal. Now, I'm waiting for their response on that reply.
My advice... don't deal with this company. They will rip you off. A refund check is in the mail... isn't that what people who are being collected on say, "the check is in the mail." Also, there is no mailing address on the website so you have no clue where these people are. They could be a fly-by-night operation and just be ripping people off.
