FLIMSY IS TO NICE OF A WORD TO DESCRIBE THWIR PMP7040 - THE REP ADVISED ME THAT THEY KNOW IT DOES NOT WORK AS VIDEO PLAYER AND THAT IT IS UNFORTUNATE BUT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY WERE GOING TO DO ABOUT.

i AM ALSO FILING A REPORT WITH THE BBB BUT ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT YOU WOULD HAVE MORE FUN BURNING YOUR MONEY THAN BUYING THEIR PRODUCTS

I had a question for Shawangunk.

I have yet to see a post from you that is anything but argumentative and condescending. How come?

I am not being rhetorical; I am honestly asking this question.

I don't want you to become upset, I am really just curious as to why your posts always have:
a. - and insult
b. - a sarcastic remark
c. - negativity toward the OP

If you can point me in the direction of just ONE post that did not contain one of these elements, I will eat my words and apologize profusely. I want to stress how serious my question is, and that I am not trying to pick a fight with you... I really just want to know.

Thank you, Amen! There has NEVER been a single post that I've read from Shawangunk, that hasn't been arrogant, sarcastic, and sometimes down right rude! I searched his name here on ROR, and guess what comes up! Shawangunk has been doing this since 2003. He/She lives for this stuff, he's never going to stop. He even claims on one post, that he is a DOCTOR! Shawangunk (in 2003), posted under a different location, until people figured out that the town didn't exist. This Shawangunk is unreal, and I hope that nobody takes him seriously.

PMP7040???

Your report is lacking in, well, ALL necessary details. You don't even explain what a "PMP7040" is! But anyway .... what I do know about this is:

1- Coby is nothing but a junk "made in China" brand that is a favorite among dollar stores.

2- The product has a warranty, although paltry. If you are having a problem with your quality Coby PMP7040 device, you are entitled to parts and service from the manufacturer -- NOT an exchange.

3- Thank you for explaining how Coby products are junk. Unfortunately everyone else already knew that.
