Last week I originally came in for a job interview as a model scout with the Wilhemina Scouting Network. When the recruiter found out I was athlete in high school and college, he told me about another position as a sports scout with their high school athletic marketing recruitment company - "National Sports Network", scouting for high school athletes at nearby high schools and sports centers. He referred me to office next door, where the recruiter there provided me a presentation of what their company did and how they marketed high school athletes in getting them into college and getting them athletic scholarships. From my own athletic experience, I knew that the collegiate athletic selection and recruitment process was not how it was from what was I presented with. At that point, I told the recruiter that I needed more time think about it and that I would provide them with a decison tommorrow.

After coming home, I decided to do some research on National Sports Network and the only thing I could find were all these complaints about the Wilhemina Scouting Network and "Options Sports" - similar to what the National Sports Network does.

Does anyone have any information about the "National Sports Network"?? Is this company actually Options Sports and is the company essentially a high school athlete scholarship scam??

If it is then a scam its absolutely incredibly sick preying and defrauding high school students and their parents out of hundreds of dollars and crushing their hopes and dreams of getting into college and obtaining scholarship, just as the Wilhemina preying and scamming young people who wish to model!!!
