This is a completely false statement on the part of "David".
David states that he was not made aware of the rules before signing up for the site, but in fact when a member clicks the "Join" button on OneModelPlace, they are taken to this page:
signup.onemodelplace.com/join_now.cfm
which as you can see has a link to the Rules and Conditions for the site - these open up in a subwindow on this page. The user CANNOT continue the sign-up process unless they checkmark the box stating that they have read the rules.
This step in the process and the requirement to read the rules is the FIRST step in signing up on OneModelPlace. It takes place BEFORE the user can enter any information about themselves, and is MANY steps before the payment process.
The truth is that this person either just passed by the rules without taking the time to find out the rules of the community, or were aware of the rules, but is now claiming 'foul' after we enforced those rules.
We are in the business of running a professional networking community where all members treat each other ethically and fairly. When someone abuses our site, or disrespects our members by ignoring the standards which make the community beneficial, we take take measures (which are also stated in our user agreement and rules) to keep the community a safe and beneficial tool for our models, photographers and serious members.
