i remember interviewing with them in aug. 05.... it was like meeting with the devil... lots of bragging about money, box tix to the superbowl, unlimted leads, and more... the two clowns were wearing pinstripes with bling bling jewelry and watches...soon as they knew i played football, they were jumping up and down telling me how it was just like football how they got fired up and kicked some as* blah blah blah... during the prescreen with the recruiter at corp. she asked me, "have you ever heard about ameriquest in the news?" i thought that was funny as ive sent my customers to this sight many a time to prevent losing a deal to these liars...
STAY FAR AWAY FROM CITITBANK STOCK OR FINANCIAL PRODUCTS... they were the suckers who bought these fraudulent mortgages after ameriquest and argent were dissolved...

I am an ex employee of Ameriquest Mortgage. I left the company yesterday. After having a terrific sales month, I visited your website to see who I was really working for. What I have found out is that I was working for thieves who pray on people with less than perfect credit. This company's motto is "Do the right thing", what a joke. In the 5 months that I worked for Ameriquest mortgage, I never once told anyone I met who I was working for. My branch was full of people who looked for people in desperate situations. We commonly reffered to our company as, Dirty Mortgage, due to some of the loans we sold. It was common practice to charge the customers with the worst credit and lowest paying jobs, 6 discount points and more. Often times, once the customers were past the recision period, the branch manager would refuse to talk to customers to work on complaints. One of the true disgraces of this company is there practice of selling benefits that aren't true. I feel confident that we put peoples homes in jeopardy, just to make a sale. Perhaps the most disturbing aspect of Ameriquest is the fact that everyone in my office, reffered to single, african american females, as the best customers. This was due to the belief that they "needed" equity loans more than any other group, and would sign loans no matter what the cost. Please think twice before doing bussines with this company. They look for people in the worst situations, as to sell these over priced mortgage loans with little thought to the future.

I applied for an account executive position because I kept hearing from my Father's wife how her niece was making so much money. And she was only a loan processor with Ameriquest. She bought a $15,000 Harley for her husband's birthday CASH. They moved out of their apartment and bought a house while at the same time having a custom house built. they have more money than they know what to do with. I had looked into this company back in November 2003 and concluded the company was scum. I have just spent 4 hours reading the RIP-OFF report about Ameriquest. I'm canceling the interview. I am also going to share the 30+ pages that I printed out with my Dad's wife. Don't tell me your precious "niece" is not aware of how the money is being made.
