I was in the process of working for a Mortgage loan firm in Denver. It is called Town and Country Credit the manager there said that it was a part of another mortgage company called Ameriquest.
Prior to this I have read all the stories about Ameriquest.
I was going to apply for a job there and but after reading up on all the nasty stories about Ameriquest, I decide not to join. Finding out from the BBB that Ameriquest in Orange,CA is under an address of something Town and Country Road. Hmmmm. Could that be where they got the name?
Most of their practises revolves around calling people on their targeted list of low to sub-prime owners with the hope that the users will like to consoldate their credit and other outstanding loans through their refi loan. That is their specialty no different than their parent company Ameriquest. A
High Pitch salespeople and even had an old coworker that I had worked before in the securities industry before, who was crooked as hell. The minute I saw him I wanted to walk out. He was reportedly one of their best sales people. Lots of scammie and low life sales crooks especially finding out the true origins of this company and most of them are from California, not the place where I would put trust in those people. They all acted like that Tim Allen guy on that TV Show "Tool Time".
Anyway, I'm changing careers again and looking a better place to be as well as a more honest and stable job.
