Don't do business with Countrywide !!! You may have to "Wrestle with the Devil"!! They have proved themselves to be very evil and corrupt !! I have proof that they have defrauded investors and homeowners. Our corporation trusted 2 appraisals they did on properties in Springfield, MO. Countrywide had the appraisals inflated to over $100-$150,000 above actual value.They
ignored true comps in the subdivision which would have lowered the values to honest prices. Our corporation has been ruined. Appraisers and realtors in Springfield are prepared to back up our allegations...However, when you
