Gmac Mortgage, Jp Morgan And Chase ripoff, 3 months of my mortgage payments and sent them to other acct Waterloo Ia,

For the past 6 months GMAC Mortage has be misrouting my mortage payments. I have been sending my mortage payments to the same address for the past 7 years. All of a sudden they are threating me with forclosure because they have not been receiving my payments. I have proof of two of the payments 1 check stamped JP morgan and chase in NY as the institution that cashed them and two moneyorders cashed by the same place. I don't know how JP Morgan and Chase got my money in NY as it was sent as always to IA.

I have contacted GMAC Mortage and sent them front and back copies of both money orders and check. They sent me back a letter and said that they are not affiliated with JP Morgan and Chase. I was told to follow up with my bank and the money order people. I am doing so now but it takes time 9-12 weeks for the bank and I don't know how long yet for the money order co.

Both say it is fraud. I have also contacted JP Morgan and Chase but they refuse to help me even though they obviously have my money. I suggested that GMAC Mortage conduct an internal investigation as it seems to lme one of their employees may be routing my payments to their personal acct. They have refused. They just keep threating to take my home. I don't have 3,000 to send them to cover things while this investigation by my bank etc. is going on and have in fact had a nervous breakdown because of the pressure I am under. If anyone has experienced a like circumstance I sure would appreaciate hearing from you.
