Homecomings Financial RIPOFF--FRAUD - SCAM TO COLLECT MONEY F Waterloo Iowa

Oh my God!!! I'm going through the same thing with Homecomings Financial. I've been trying to contact their bankruptcy department for almost a week and no one answers the phone. I was on hold for nearly an hour. I called the main number and no one could tell me who the CEO was or give me a name of a supervisor or manager I could make my complaint to.

My attorney constantly goes back and forth to court on my behalf because Homecomings is unreliable and no one at the company is on the same page. I have to verifiy my information ten times and still receive no help. They constantly put my house in foreclosure becuase they don't communicate with my lawyer. I have receipts of all the payments I've made to them. I'm constantly getting charged late fees and have to pay my attorney everytime he goes to court on my behalf. I'm having a hard time trying to refinance because it's takes me almost two months to get my house out of foreclosure.

Someone please help me!!! What could I do!
