Homeq ripoff! Fraudulent charging of illegal fees, refused payments so they could file foreclosure and attach additional Fees. Sacramento California

Homeq refused 2 payments because they were late then filed Foreclosure and raked up additional fees. Put me on a payment plan took $1200 then refused a CERTIFIED CHECK sent on 11-21-03 for the next month payment, so I sent the payment Western Union, they accepted the payment on 12-6-03 but removed me from the payment plan on 12-8-03 not informing me.

Sent in the Dec.2003 payment but they refused it and threw me into Foreclosure again raking up more fees. Agreed to set up another payment plan but doubled the payments because of illegal fees they added on. Spoke with their Attorney and he even said they were deceiving me and doing illegal tatics.

Jan 2004 trying to get on a payment plan but now they won't return my calls and leaving me on hold for hours racking up additional fees for non-payments. Everyone I have spoke with are nasty and will not work with me. I have money to send but they want more. I am thinking of suing them because of the illegal ways they are doing business and trying to rip me off.
