Wow!, Where do I start . First I will as Iam doing right now and then the steps needed. We closed a refi. on 6-28-02 with New Century Closed dose'nt seem to be the right word Please bear with me. in which we combine a 1st.and 2nd. with a round of $6000 out. at the last min. of the cool off period. after meeting with closing attorney and paper work was returned I got a Fax from New Century tell me to sign a closing Docment and fax it back looking back at the fax time and after the cool off period and the docments all ready returned it was the day two after.when I got the fax the home was put into my wifes name after the refin. And she was at work at the time so I signed the fax and returned it. after we recived the cash out due us it was,nt $6000 but $4000 They had change the settlement statement.
Very Quickly Ocwen was sending notice that they had the sale of and transfer and servicing Assignment rights . With in month A new Servicing Company was Assigned. this company is a substander Servicing Co. that mails out Pmt. each month and has put us a month late each month adding adding a late fee and stands that way to date. two months ago the President sent us a letter Apologize For any Inconveniences in the last six months. Reasons numerous technology upgrades size of Project,Scope,Cost and they frimly believe the end product will be worth the Wait
There is more but I can not seem to be able to go on at this time. But will began the steps needed before time factor. I will also help out with funding the two areas hear.thanks to all hear for what you do. Sincerely,
