JOHN SCHMUTZER IS A LIAR & THIEF....

   My name is Judd Blount.  Richard Cosentino (aka Richard F. Sainz) and John Schmutzer (aka Jack the private investigator) are liars.  They have been posting lies about me all over the internet, as a diversion to fool and distract potential buyers... but do not be tricked by this.  They are smooth-talking thiefs that will tell you just what you want to hear!  They will never build you a chopper or kit car, but they will take your money and give you a contract that is worth nothing. Actually, it means you will have to involve the police and retain a lawyer to get your money back.

       I am a working musician (playing for our troops all over the world) and I don't have time for this b*llsh*t.  My reputation can be confirmed by the United States Department of Defense, with whom I have a contract with.  Need I say more... I am as squeakly clean as they come and this speaks for itself.
          

      I am not trying to defend myself.  I am simply trying to WARN INNOCENT PEOPLE out there who are thinking about doing any business with either Richard Cosentino or John Schmutzer.  
      

       I just wanted a cool looking car for a great price. Unfortunately, I made the horrible mistake of doing business with these two pieces of crap and got RIPPED OFF!  AND YOU WILL TOO.  
      

      Please take the time to check out other victims (from all over the world) who I have recently been corresponding with.  We all have the same horrible common problem... bad business dealings with Richard Cosentino, John Schmutzer, CMC Choppers, Exotic 
Images LLC, & Ebay usernames mcccars09, Schmutzer45, lambocars50, etc.  It is hard to keep track of all their changing names.  Why would a reputable business with a good name want to frequently change their identity?  Hmmmmm.  Smells fishy to me!!!

     These two internet scam artists are simpy trying to fool prospective buyers into thinking that all their bad publicity has been fabricated by me... they say I am a crazy con-artist who goes around ruining small businesses. They are also posting that myself, my wife & kids are all con artists, and that I am also committing Computer-Fraud, Internet-Fraud, Ebay Hazing and Blackmail on them and all their friends. Of course, they don't list any names of these so-called businesses that I have scammed. I am surprised I am not in jail after reading all their accusations. Sounds like a story for the Life Time Network.  I am not the only victim of theirs who is warning prospective buyers!

       I obviously have hit a nerve with Richard Cosentino & John Schmutzer... and so they in turn are posting many Smoke Screens, trying to divert the attention to me instead of them.
   

      I could care less about these thieves and wouldn't waste my precious time doing all of this, but I have to... BECAUSE THEY BENT ME OVER AND STUCK IT TO ME WITHOUT ANY VASELINE!

      Below  was my last e-mail to Richard about my car.  It was supposedly in the "paint booth" back in February... now it is October 26, 2009.  Richard Cosentino and his Sales Director John Schmutzer will take your money and cut off all forms of communication with you, then say you never paid and stil owe them money...

   I purchased a custom chopper from Richard Cosentino thru ebay.           

    I paid $19500.00 for the bike in full the next morning thru a bank transfer (June 19, 2008).He stated he could not start until it was paid in full.He told me i would have the bike July 3.After not recieving it on July 3 ,I heard every excuse under the sun as to why it was not ready to ship.After 10 weeks and contacting a lawyer he finally sent the bike which we had to drive 5 hours to meet the truck (sept.6).

   When got the bike off the truck there was damage to the rims.The starter went after only 10 miles.I contacted Richard that day and he stated he would send a new starter. I still haven't recieved it.I have contacted him several times.And he never did anything about the damaged to the rims.Now he won't even answer my emails.

   I have contacted my lawyer again.The bike looks great, but it wasn't able to pass inspection when i recieved it. And I couldn't ride it because of the starter that i have been waiting for ,for 3 months. He told me that if anyone repaired it without his consent that it would void the warranty, but I never got any warranty papers or books on any of the parts. So ,now I have a brand new bike that won't even start.

      Mr. Cosentino you illiterate JACKASSES. What are you talking about? I can't understand what you are trying to say in your latest jackass comment on the rebuttal page on www.RichardCosentino.com. Does any normal person out there understand this dumb ass? Your wife must suck as a teacher because you are illiterate. Do you know what that means? It means you are studpid and uneducated. To all of you out there reading these postings... notice that the numerous victims don't use cuss words, but the liar does. Makes sense... if you have nothing to hide you can promote yourself in an adult like manner and in a legitimate way, not hide behind foul language and names to try to pathetically hide yourself. You are cracking us up Richard. The poor lady you ripped off recently of her $1, 700 insurance check called us personally and told us how you called the police on her after she finally caught you at your shop. I see how desperate and small time you are getting... resorting to stealing from single moms on a limited income. This poor mom found out about how your really operate and now she is joining the group and is reporting you to the FBI. I guess all of our complaints are starting to work because you have been banned from ebay, including your new partner JOHN SCHUMUTZER. Anybody else out there, just go to www.ic3.gov and fill out a report. We need as many victims as possible... we are growing 12 and strong... and none of us are lying and have proof. This is what you don't have Richard. We are only taking our precious time to write the facts because we have better things to do than make up lies about you and your business dealings. This is something you are certainly not familiar with and will not help you in front of the judge. If all of the victims to date had gotten their cars and choppers this wouldn't be happening. Think of all the future money you are losing Richard. No one is going to do business with you anymore. In addition, any victims out there should also report to THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU (Richard does not have a business or dealer's license, at least not under the names he uses), and the CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY. If you have not already made a police report, you should do that too (in Mesa, AZ). Not that it will do you any good, but the more his name is brought up, the better according to my attorney. If you cannot affoard an attorney after blowing all you money on Richard, then at least use the suggestions listed above... they will help you even without an attorney. Hey Richard, go ahead and keep humoring us some more with all your BS... it is quite entertaining, but not very smart. I guess when you have nothing factual to say you just post smoke screens in desperation. Do you really think that any prospective buyer will read all these postings by victims and then actually buy a product from you? You need serious mental help.
