I purchased a custom chopper from Richard Cosentino thru ebay.I paid $19500.00 for the bike in full the next morning thru a bank transfer(june 19).He stated he could not start until it was paid in full.He told me i would have the bike july 3.After not recieving it on july 3 ,I heard every excuse under the sun as to why it was not ready to ship.After 10 weeks and contacting a lawyer he finally sent the bike which we had to drive 5 hours to meet the truck(sept.6).

When got the bike off the truck there was damage to the rims.The starter went after only 10 miles.I contacted Richard that day and he stated he would send a new starter.I still haven't recieved it.I have contacted him several times.And he never did anything about the damaged to the rims.Now he won't even answer my emails.

I have contacted my lawyer again.The bike looks great,but it wasn't able to pass inspection when i recieved it.And I couldn't ride it because of the starter that i have been waiting for ,for 3 months.He told me that if anyone repaired it without his consent that it would void the warranty,but I never got any warranty papers or books on any of the parts.So ,now I have a brand new bike that won't even start.

the shipping company was paid in full to ship the bike door to door , shipping company call you and you wanted the bike asap so you agree to meet with the company not me , the company was paid in full to ship the bike to your door. i ship two starters two you, if you do not push in the compression release vales on a high performance engine you will KILL THE STARTR EVERY TIME,if the wheel is damge from the shipping company send the wheel back and we will charge the shipping compamy to fix it or replace it , he never send pic of the wheel and no atty call me or anything like that.......

John Schmutzer (Educated) is really the master mind here. He fishes for the victims on Ebay, KitCars.com and other Sites.

Richard Cosentino (Illiterate) is the supposed master mechanic with 20 years experience. Although Richard has a shop in Mesa, AZ this means nothing, it is only a facade. He has half-built cars and motorcycle frames just sitting around to appease the public and fool the police.
Because Richard Cosentino has been banned from ebay, now his partner John Schmutzer

(E-bay usernames Schmutzer45, mcccars09, lambo50) is using his 100% feedback on ebay to lure more victims.

Then Schmutzer hands over the buyer to Richard Cosentino, who supposedly will build you a car or chopper, but THEY WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER DELIVER A PRODUCT!

They use the same pictures over and over and never build anything!
These two con artists then split the funds they receive from their victims. They convinced all of us to go around ebay so as to avoid the ebay fees in order to give us a better deal. First of all,the only reason we agreed to meet the truck is because Richard told us that the truck was going through Ohio and had to be in New York by morning and Florida right after that.And the truck wouldn't be able to make it to PA.And he had no idea when it would make it here.He stated that he was having trouble with trucking companies.Richard NEVER sent a replacement starter.And i did sent pics of damaged rims.Never heard from him again.The bike has needed some many repairs including several things just to get it inspected.While riding the handle bar fell off!!! U
