Delievery was 10 Days late. Put merchandise on a train without our permission and 3 quarters of merchandise was damage due two water damage two holes in top of truck which we have pictures to prove it. Also bugs through entire truck all beds stained with water and full of bugs, furniture broken mirrors broken, area rugs all stained. Merchandise was also missing. Clothes all full of stains and chemicals due to they had to boom the truck to clean away the bugs.
I had to dry clean over 600 pieces of clothes. My dry cleaning bill cost was 3,746.00 which we have a bill to show it. Which they will not pay. There was a total of 50 and more items destroyed with pieces included. I can mail you anything you want to prove this disaster to you. we payed 800.00 dollars for full replacement value total value 125 thousand. Which they want to pay 0.
