company moved and storaged all possessions for 10 months in an unairconditioned warehouse, they advertise airconditioned personal units. Took my monthly storage money claimed midstream went out of business and new company took over control. These were the same people only changing their name.
They failed to deliver on time then when they did only half of my belongings showed and the other half was damaged or crushed. I went to their unairconditioned large warehouse to search for my goods finding little and what I did was out of boxes and damaged. The owner told me to take anything I wanted from anyone else's things and let me go through many boxes not belonging to me.
They lied to me about who was the owner and failed to provide me with contact information to her. They told me a lawyer would settle my case and he would call me since the other company (actually them) was to blame for the mistreatment and damage.
The owner Arnona Kramerman is the President of an anti-scaming moving website. Her son Joey is the manager of the office and can be seen on the website
