JoeAnt is not a multi-level marketing business, it's a Web directory and we're baffled as to why this report was made under Multi-Level Marketing. Also, there is no record that this person has ever became an editor at JoeAnt.com or submitted a Web site for review.
JoeAnt does not charge Web site owners for listing their sites in the directory. While we have made it quite easy for Web site owners to join as an editor and submit their sites for free, there are those who don't want to spend the time required to join and go through JoeAnt's review process, so we created the Speed Pass option. The Speed Pass submission process only guarantees a quick review of suggested sites for a one time fee of $39.95. It is clearly stated on the Speed Pass submission page that no site is guaranteed a listing and a link to our quality guidelines is provided along with a few key questions that the submitter should answer before continuing. Anyone suggesting a site via the Speed Pass option must accept JoeAnt's Speed Pass Terms of Service by clicking on the I ACCEPT button before they can suggest a Web site.
We have done all that's humanly possible to ensure that those suggesting sites via the Speed Pass option have all the information needed to make an informed decision about whether or not to use the Speed Pass option. Since we do not charge Web site owners for listing their site in the directory, there can not be a policy to not accept any Web site that pays to be submitted. It's simply a service we do not provide. This rip-off report is completely false and lacks credibility. Everything reported in this rebuttal can be verified at the JoeAnt.com Web site.
