Well I was employeed by Lonnie Kohlhorst at the end of January 2008. I liked the oppurtunity with working with charities and such. Two weeks into the job he proposed that he was looking for people to relocate to Jacksonville, FL to open a new office with Keilia Bruse ahead of it. I thought it would be a cool oppurtunity so I did more training and went on a few roadtrips to scope out how other offices were. Febuary went well. I enjoyed working there but the pay was horrible. (On my day of observation they said that you would make $500-$900 a week! I thought that wasn't bad but to be honest I liked the job. My average paychecks a week were $200!!!!!)

By the end of Febuary I decided that I was going to relocate and open this office in Florida. The interested people had a dinner with Lonnie and he explained the plans. He said that he would pay for all of us to relocate and our families also. There was five of us interested. Four of us ended up going and got to Florida the first week of March. The office ran ok but we couldn't retain people. We went through so many and it was pathetic. When Keilia and Lonnie did interviews they would lie to every single interviewer! The canidate would show up to the second interview and would be like, "Are you serious???!!! You want me to stand out infront of a table and sell toys?? I went to college and trying to go forward, not backwards!"

Another weird thing was another divison that shared the building with us just picked up and left. Ria Torres of Revival Marketing was in Jacksonville Florida for about a month when Advance Marketing was there. We received news that Ria was going to move back to Boston and in less than a week she was gone. With the research that I've done I found out that the news had put together a bit about her business of 'Wax' and told the entire viewing area that they were a scam!!

I decided that I could no longer work for Keilia anymore at the end of April. She lied and promised so much. I only had one check that was $300 and the rest were around $100- $200!! I couldn't live on that and I have bills to pay. She told us that we had great events. There were so many times where I spent more money on lunch and gas, than I made. That seemed to be a frequent happening. I could'nt afford to work there anymore. I quit and I requested my paychecks and she told me that she sent them out. I never recieved them! I wanted to pick them up at the office but she told me that she was going to call the police if I came to the office. Keilia Bruse cannot keep business and personal seperate! I still call everyday to the office for my money!! She told me that she wants to pay me in cash but she told me that she took money out of my checks!! It's been a big mess and I would never recommend anyone to work for Quantum, Innovage, Mad Town Promos, Advance Marketing, Taylormade promotions, or Davis Direct Marketing. I have been doing so much research and now realize that this has been happening a lot!!! They open up offices in crappy buildings and deliver false information and misrepresents the charities that they promote.

It has been almost 2 months and I still receive threatening text messages and phone calls from Kielia Bruse!! I have not been paid and at this point it's become a legal matter. There are a few other lawsuites that I am jumping onto with Quantum as well as Advance Marketing Group and Mad Town Promo's!

just quit and get a lawyer!!
