Ben Anderson at his parent home, enjoying your money.

He has recently moved from Michigan to California where he is continuing his scam. His scam is that he sells
items on eBay under various user ID's but does not ship the items to buyers. He currently has 280 negative feedbacks on
eBay for his 3 known user ID's -- mostly for non-shipment of items purchased. His new address & phone number are: BJ
Anderson, 4824 Feather River, Corona, CA 92880 (734) 658-4481

Seller systematically doesn't send magazines and vintage magazine ads to a large number of bid winners. This pattern spans a long period of time for seller using auction-mania!, cafe-king and silvrrein Ebay ID's. Seller is a negative feedback vandal against those buyers who complain. Negative feedback left for buyers includes personal insults -- a violation of Ebay policy.

The item I bought and paid for and did not receive from auction-mania! was offerred for sale again by silvrrein. Responses to negative feedback and excuses for not sending merchandise or refund include: "I was on vacation," "My grandmother died," "I didn't receive your payment," "You never told me you didn't get it," "It got lost in the mail," "There must be a problem with your address," etc.

Seller has a total of over 200 negative feedbacks for the three known Ebay ID's above. Most relate to non-delivery, slow delivery, poor packaging or poor quality merchandise.

Buyers who have been ripped off can file a complaint with investigations@ebay.com or go to www.ifccfbi.gov.

Surprisingly, Ebay says that seller "doesn't meet internal guidelines for suspension." Buyers can protect themselves by staying away from this seller or by staying away from Ebay until it revises its "internal guidelines."

Go to Ebay's Feedback Forum, read the feedback for the above Ebay ID's and draw your own conclusions.

Buyer Beware. This kid is really smooth. MACROSELLER SCAM

He sold me a Big Screen TV. I phyically went to pick it up at his place, cash in hand. I asked him if anything was wrong with it, of course he said "no". On eBay, he claimed it was "new" less than 90 days old. He demonstrated it for me, showed me how to use it. It looked fine. My buddy saw something odd when I was turned around. He saw the TV go off by itself. He asked me if I saw this & I said "no". The kid uses the remote to turn it back on. So, we get home & within the first few days, the thing turns off by itself many times. I leave messages for Ben and nothing so far. We got the estimate...$ 450.00 to rebuild the power supply. Now you tell me, do you think he didn't know this? In addition, the repair man says that the TV is about a year & a half old. Ben Anderson is a lair, BE VERY CAREFUL!

If you see him pop up under a different name, report it here so we can all beware

I have recently been scammed by him as well, but after much complaining and "gaining up" on him we got him suspended (at least as macroseller) from ebay. He will be disabled for at least a little while. If you see him pop up under a different name, report it here so we can all beware

I just bought a tent from ApropasAuctions LLC on Ebay !!!

I just bought a tent from ApropasAuctions LLC. He wants me to send a cashiers check or personal check to his house in Huntington Beach. I'm really nervous about sending this guy a check after reading these posts. I wonder if he even has a tent. Please email me with what you think I should do. Am I legally bound to send him the money because I bought it through Ebay?

amazing Scam on Ebay.

looked up his ID on Ebay.
Could not believe the amount of items he is selling.

I can see how he is setting up this scam.

Yet I think he made a big mistake in how
he valued the magazines.

just becasue a magazine is old does not
make it valuable.

He must have thought that he could sell thousands of them. within the month and bail out.

I wonder if the magazine cover photos are from
a data base. It still is alot of work, to make
the small amount of sales that it is turning out
to be.

I liked the 1 cent scam to build feedback, then
the early listing to sell a few items,
then within the last 2 weeks, putting on 10,000
items.

His address should be the OC Jail.

http://www.10news.com/video/16363922/index.html

Ben Anderson has had to flee his apartment with almost nothing to escape the eyes of the press. They filmed him for days watching his moves. The company is closed and has been for some time. Ben is still trying to use a laptop to rip people off. Ben continues to be surveilled by television crews and private detectives as well as the Federal government.

The parents and widows of military families are now finding out about Apropos Auctions, Ben Anderson and Meir Waknine and are going to take severe action. They are getting the word out nationally to sue these people, their supporters and anybody participating in the scam.

This will not end until both Anderson and Waknine sit in prison the rest of their lives and every cent is taken from them.

PLEASE if you have been a victim, contact the US Attorney now. The US Postal Inspector can have the Federal magistrate make sure as a witness you are not approached or harassed by Ben or Meir in any way. They will be brought up on charges of witness intimidation in that case.
