I have now completed three transactions with tvaddicts.tv and I simply wish to inform everyone that this company has demonstrated an incredible level of customer service and the product has been beyond my expectations.
In all three purchases, I have been completely satisfied and they have gone out of their way to ensure my satisfaction. They have LIVE customer service available on the website, with operators available to talk with you in IMs.
I suggest that the disgruntled person who filed this report should reevaluate the facts as this does not sound like the company I do business with. There are many factors which could cause a dvd not to work. Perhaps the player is dirty or the discs have been mishandled.
Whatever the case may be, I reccommend that this report be disregarded by those who value the rare and exciting service provided by this company to those of us who seek dvds of shows not otherwise available. And for the record, if you made a purchase on this site, you certainly should have known what you were buying.
