Half.com ripoff business from heck. They don't give the item back to the seller after the buyer returns the item to Half.com and the buyer receives a refund from the seller. They won't respond to complaints either. Plymouth Meeting Internet

I have been selling things on ebay for the whole last year. I just started selling on half.com and since I had no problems with EBay, I thought it would be a nice and good change. Boy was I wrong!

This has happened on 2 occasions. I have emailed them about it using their customer service help button and got an email saying that they will respond in a first come first serve basis and that it should take approximately 2-3 days before I get my answer. It has already been a week and still no answer. And I wish I could email them twice but they have a message on the site saying not to email them twice about the same thing because then they will not answer. That alot of BS since they're not answering my first question anyways!

First problem was that I had sold about 50 trading cards to a person. The shipment was supposed to be done in like 2 or 3 days and I acknowledged it. But due to unfortunate circumstances, it took me about 2 weeks before I had a chance to ship the product. A day after I shipped it, my credit card got charged by half.com for the 21.25 I charged for the cards. So now the customer still has the cards and I'm being charged for the product's refund when I don't even have the product! I emailed them but due to what I stated in the second paragraph, half.com will only acknowledge one email.

The next thing that happened was kind of the same thing. I sold the game : The Sims, and the Sims - Living Large. After I sold it, a month later I got a message from the buyer about a problem with the jewel cases. And I told them to return my item. Half.com then charges me the 16.75 I charged for the video game. And that was alright because I acknowledged a refund. But I've never recieved my item back. What do I do now? I've only reported about one of the problems because I'm only allowed to send them one request for help at a time.

I've lost money this way and now more problems are arising. I'm seeing more charges from half.com now on my account seller's report and I'm afraid all this crap will happen again. I wish there was a way I could cancel my account and just end these damn seller probles.
