I just wanted to let you know that I'm surprised how true your report at:

is. I tried to buy something from compdirect.com and after I called them after placing the web order, they said the item was not in stock even though they had told me they had two of those items just 20-25 minutes before I tried to place that order. And then, they suggested a replacement, just like you point out in your report, which thankfully, I did not agree to. I just want to say thanks for providing this report and making me feel that I have made the right choice.
