You probably have seen the last of your money. Giving money to Internet gambling sites is inherently risky. Since online gambling is illegal in the U.S., you have absolutely no recourse should they decide to just keep your money. Even if the site has some sort of corporate presence in the U.S., you couldn't prevail in a suit since the transaction was illegal in the first place.
Internet gambling outfits are well aware of this and you can find many reports on this site of offshore casinos that just decided to keep a customers money. Unlike live casinos that are regulated by government agencies, these offshore Internet casinos have no incentive to deal fairly with their customers (or to ensure that the games are fair). Handing them your hard earned cash is probably the biggest sucker bet out there.

While I do not condone any kind of gambling since money is too precious
these days...and the fact that you may have been ripped off...simply
stating it is "illegal" to on-line gamble in the USA may not be 100%
true..it is a gray area, at least with gaming casinos..sports betting
however seems to be a different story..there have been jail sentences
and issues..especially if huge payouts are involved..
The United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit ruled in November 2002 that the Federal Wire Act
prohibits electronic transmission of information for sports betting
across telecommunications lines but affirmed a lower court ruling that the Wire Act "'in plain language' does not prohibit Internet gambling on a game of chance."
Some states have specific laws against online gambling of any kind.
Also, owning an online gaming operation without proper licensing would
be illegal, and no states are currently granting online gaming licenses.
Read the info on this site...
http://vegasclick.com/online/legal.html
and here...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Online_gamblin
I found it informative.
I
also did some background checking into the online casino that is
ripping you off and they may be on the up and up..hard to tell. Just
keep at it. They are still operating so perhaps there are other reasons
you can not get through to them..and once you do, they may make good.
As Flynrider stated however..since this is not a USA operation..you will
not have any recourse if they decide to screw you over..so reporting
here was the right thing to do.

You're a real Google expert. Unfortunately, legislation created since 2004 applies. While many gambling sites would like you to think that this is a gray area (so you will give them your money), the DOJ isn't buying the arguements. See the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006.
If you think the Feds aren't serious, Google around for reports on the $33 million in gambling site bank accounts that they froze this summer.
While the gaming itself may be a gray area, the method of exchanging funds is clearly prohibited if it crosses state lines.
