On 9/9/03 I noticed a listing on ebay for a set of tires, I placed a bid on the tires, and also asked the seller to provide me some addtional information. At this point, the seller (Evis Panaou) suggested that we come to terms on a price and he would end his auction early allowing me to send the money and receive the tires. I agreed, and sent him a postal money order for $640 which includes shipping for the four tires.
He stated on his ebay listing (item #2431922112) that the tires had less than 500 miles on the tires.
This a$$hole sent me a set of four worn out tires, with three of the tires down to the wear bars and one tire was damaged on the sidewall.
I took the tires down to the local Goodyear dealer, and he agreed that the tires had been worn out.
I demanded to Evis Panaou (ebay handle:mb5502) to return my money via email. He won't get on the phone because he likes to hide on the internet. He claims the tires are perfect, this guy is a scum bag, and you need to stay clear of him.
