I attempted to order the finishing touch trimmer online, & after I entered my billing information, I clicked continue & got a "page cannot be displayed" message. Clicking the back button only repeated the same instance.
I called the 800 # listed on the website, & was told that they don't handle anything for that company--they gave me a long distance # to call. When I called the long distance #, they told me that they can not help me for at least 24 hours, and refused to give me any information as to what they planned to do with my credit card number. Both of the people I spoke to were very rude.
I asked them to remove my billing information from their records, and they said that that is not possible. I informed them that if any charges appear on my credit card I will take legal action. Their response to that was extremely rude, so I hung up the phone.
I would not advise doing business with these people. If you read their privacy policy, you'll see a disclaimer that basically makes the whole policy meaningless.
