This companies markets chainsaw chains under the slogan "longest lasting chainsaw chain."
I had a tough job to do so I bought $1000 worth of these chains, at $200 per chain. When they started breaking early on I sent them back.
At that time the manufacturing rep told me that the chains had no warranty and no satisfaction guaranteed.
The only thing that is guaranteed is the solder that hold the tip to the chain. Otherwise put, the chains, which were basic chainsaw chains, were no more resistant to wear than a $20 chain.
Essentially the company makes promises . . and chains that DO NOT last as long as a normal chain. The reason they don't last as long as a normal chain is that the teeth have more grab to them, putting additional stress on the standard chainsaw chain links. .. that are trying to hold the chains together.
In essence you have a chain that doesn't last nearly as long as a standard $20 chain. . and yet it costs $200. Meanwhile they get away with this by making great claims about their product, then when you return it they say: Read the warranty--only the solder holding the tips together is covered. . .nothing else.
