First I would like to ask Jared if he actually went and picked his puppy up at her place? Did he get to witness the conditions these dogs live in!
I am a neighbor and also a breeder of Boston Terriers, I have been forced to drive by her house regularly and see these dogs living in horrid conditions, Sealand containers and makeshift outside kennels. I have reported her to the Lewis County Sheriff on quiet a few occasions.
Just recently my son was driving by there and had to stop and get 3 adults and 6 puppies out of the road, they had just about got hit by a passing car, he went to get someone from the house to help put them back where they belong and no one was around, he pinned a note on her door and told her next time, I will take them, she has them in Exercise pens throughout the yard in the pouring down rain, and this in Lewis County is not a crime.
Due to my efforts of reporting her at this time you should contact Deputy Brad P Taylor at the Lewis County Sheriffs office, he is investigating this breeder as we speak, I reported the conditions my son seen a couple weeks ago, to the Lewis County Sheriff and Sgt. Fred Weitzel, contacted me back. I figure due to many complaints they thought an investigation was necessary and passed it onto Deputy Brad Taylor of the Lewis County Sheriffs Office.
Here is a copy of Deputy Taylor's e-mail to me:
My name is Deputy Brady Taylor, I was contacted by my Sergeant to look into the possible animal abuse you have brought to our attention. I will be contacting Merriman and checking on the dogs. I will look into whether or not the dogs are AKC registered, and see if the AKC has been out to check on the animals as they do unannounced visits. Please know I take these type of reports very serious and will make sure the dogs are safe.
Thank you for contacting us;

If you can provide them with any helpful information contact them!
Now with the Giardia 50% of all dogs have giardia, this is a common thing, especially with such horrid living conditions.
Parvo you can catch any where, but with the conditions these guys are in anything is possible.
Most breeders have this in the contract!
Now the round worms and lungworms are seriously from lack of knowledge on proper wormings. It is also Neglect and abuse on the breeders part in making sure the parents are not wormed reguarly also.
These kind of living conditions are horrid for the Boston Terrier this breed are not outside dogs.
