These rip off reports have been put together over 3 1/2 years. Nothing compared to the thousands, yes thousands of happy, satisfied customers. See reference page at WOC, celebrity page as well. All of these people combined are barely more than one dozen people and each one of these individuals leave out the most important factors that would allow any inteligent person to see the truth.
Is there such thing as a mini Bulldog, ABSOLUTELY that is just a definition of a Bulldog that is smaller than the breed standard..
This customer bought two beautiful puppies with extensive champions in the pedigrees.... Her own vet told her that there is no such thing as minis, but this dog must be a "runt". Ok, doesn't RUNT mean SMALL? This dog was not a runt of a litter they were all tiny mini Bulldogs. Secondly her French Bulldog was beautiful as well.
She demanded 1/2 of her money back and told us that's all these dogs are worth. I guess that makes us really stupid because we paid a lot of money for them and clearly more than 1/2 of what she was asking. We told her if you are not happy in any way and you think that we have given you the wrong information please bring both puppies back and we will give you a full refund.
She did not want to because she just wants them for less. There is nothing can make this person happy. Her dogs have multiple champions and she should be happy, she got everything that she paid for. If she was so not satisfied why did she not get a refund?????????? because there are some people out there that no matter what you do they are never happy. A small key point, she claims on how we rushed her out of our facility, her and her girlfriend spent over 2 hours enjoying and playing with the puppies.

I have already posted my own complaint, but needed to reply to Gilda's lies. I bought a "miniature pug". I even have my cancelled deposit check that says "Deposit for Miniature Pug". They said she would be no more than 8 pounds and I was naive and believed them. They also told me she was AKC registered and the papers weren't in yet, but they would be mailed to me. They told me her breeder was in Illinois and an ex-show breeder. They also assured me that they NEVER deal with puppy mills or puppy brokers. They even had the guts to say how much they were against anyone who bred so many dogs over and over again. I took my puppy home and I loved her to death. I even wrote them a letter 2 weeks later to say how much I loved her. That was before I knew that I had been scammed. My miniature pug is now 24 pounds and in excellant shape, so she is not overweight. She was ACA not AKC and her breeder is suspended with the AKC because of violations. And this "ex-show breeder" is actually a puppy mill in Nebraska with over 250 adults dogs and about 100 - 150 puppies at a given time. In three years of inspections, this breeder had at least 4 major violations every time. One inspection noted that puppies and dogs had eye injuries due to loose wire on the cages. Oh and how they NEVER buy from brokers, well my puppy came through the Hunte Corporation, which I now know is the largest broker in the country. And they also say that "We are Not A Pet Store". YES THEY ARE! If you have a store, you are a pet store.
I am one of the fortunate ones because my puppy has lived and been relatively healthy. But don't think that just because there are only 11 complaints on here, that there are only 11 unhappy customers. How many times have you complained about something to your friends, but did nothing about it. I didn't even start complaining until I learned about all the people who had paid thousands in vet bills. There are HUNDREDS of customers who have fallen victim to Wizard of Claws. Many have given up due to months or years with no justice and are just drained. Even when a customer takes them to court and wins, Wizard of Claws doesn't pay voluntarily. They make them garnish their accounts. This is fact and is public information available through the courts. Unfortunately for me, Wizard of Claws cannot be be held accountable for the lies they told me about my puppy because the pet lemon law does not cover misleading customers. But if they won't guarantee something in writing with a dollar figure attached to it, don't believe a word they say because they are lying through their teeth.
As for me, I am not an animal activist by any means. But there is a right way and a wrong way to due business and Wizard of Claws is as bad as it gets.
