BEWARE : Reza Solhi or one of his cronies: Julia Pronesti, uncle/stepfather, Behnam Solhi, mother Ashref Mirkhan and brother Sam Solhi to name a few solicit unsuspecting people to buy franchises.
Once the initial payment is made they start making excuses for the nonavailability of the franchise and try to get more money from the victims who in hope can end up losing more money. The franchise names he often uses are 3 for 1 Pizza & Wings , pizza 1.
He has been working with impunity since the canadian law treats this as civil case and even if the judgement is passed in favor of the victim unless reza solhi accepts the judgement nothing can be done. Reza Solhi has spread his scam to America too.
If you come across his activities in US please contact FBI/govt agency and save innocent people. His scam amount is over a million dollars.

The govt has turned a deaf year and is partly to blame for letting Reza Solhi operate. I urge other victims or suspected to victims to pressurize the authorities into action
