Reza Solhi - Anthony - Pizzaone - Pizzauno - Anthony's Kitchen nationwide ripoff by toronto based franchisor Toronto Ontario

We are a group of franchisees that have been defrauded by a toronto based franchisor.

His name is Reza Solhi and now calls himself Anthony to hide his identity. He was criminally charged for cheating people when he ran 341 pizza (google to find registered courtcases).

The charges were dropped for a negotiated settlement.

Subsequently he has been operating under name of pizzaone, pizzauno and anthony's kitchen selling informal fine dining restaurant and foodcourt franchisees for which he has no leases.He pretends to be a businessman but is a sophisticated conman.

He has taken huge deposits and did not give any location. Recently he was evicted from his office for non payment of rent and we donot have forwarding numbers.We are trying to locate him.

Our information is that he and his crew continue to solicit customers in toronto and other provinces in canada and florida.They call people at home.

We have reported to cops but the law has not nabbed him yet. We are pursuing litigation but lawyers tells us that we will not be able to collect because the man is judgement proof!
