I believe this rip-off report is a personal vendetta against the accused

The accused man is not employed by the Harker Heights police department, at the time of the supposed crime, was not employed by them, and in fact, has never been in the employ of any police department. As a matter of fact, at the time of the supposed crime, which I do not believe took place at all, Mr. Worrell was a neighbor and friend of Mr. Richeson, who filed the rip-off report.

When Mr. Worrell decided to move from Killeen to Harker Heights, Mr. Richeson, a convicted felon who has spent time in prison, asked Mr. Worrell to reconsider.

When Mr. Worrell proceeded to move, Mr. Richeson sued Mr. Worrell under false pretenses. Mr. Richeson continually harassed Mr. Worrell and and has threatened not only Mr. Worrell, but also Mrs. Worrell.

When the case went to court and the judge found in favor of the Worrells, Mr. Richeson stalked out of court, filed another suit accusing Mr. Worrell of attempted rape of his daughter and filed this rip-off report using the supposed "police" employment as the business employ of Mr. Worrell's. I know all of the parties involved and I do not believe that Mr. Worrell is capable of raping, or attempting to rape, Mr. Richeson's daughter.

Hopefully, this evidence combined with the testimony of the victim and the victims family would be sufficient to seek an indictment and Prosecute James E. Worrell, jr. If Mr. Worrell has any honor, he would call the Killeen Police Department and confess to the additional elements of the crime and in turn seek professional help for his pedophilia.

However, the charge of raping a minor is a very very serious thing. This is not about the father being in jail. This is not about the accused being or not being a cop . This is not about VA fraud or the accused's wife. This is about a child who says she was molested and possibly raped.

Now we all know that anyone can cry 'rape' and destroy a mans reputation. However, it is far more important that women -or anyone- especially children feel safe 'whistleblowing' on anyone who may have mistreated them in this way. I am sure that all agree that we would rather see 10 false accusations go to court - rather than one child molester go free without a charge.

If you stand back and look at this situation objectively, the whole thing is that this child is declaring that the man attempted to rape her and furthermore had some shady dealings with her beforehand. Whether it is true or not and all of these side issues is irrelivant. Lets get to the bottom of the real issue.

If the accused was any man at all - he would definitely stand up for himself and go to court -not run off. If he is a child molestor -he should be imprisoned and treated .

The most important thing is actually not whether the accused gets hauled away by the cops and his reputation ruined. Its that the victim SEEK PROFESSIONAL COUNCELLING to try to heal from the event, so that she can get on with her life.

I think that has to be the first and foremost thing her parents would wish.
