Eperks contacted me and offered a Real Estate marketing and lead generating program. They made promises including continuous primetime commercials and other marketing efforts, promoting the site where I would be featured. They promised me a certain number of leads every month. After the first month I contacted EPerks because I had never seen a commercial nor had I received any leads. I later found two leads on my site which were never emailed to me. I contacted EPerks with my concerns of not receiving these notifications. No explanation was given. I made numerous attempts to contact these "leads" with no response. After this, I would have one or two leads trickle in, again, I could never get a return call or email. I tried to cancel my account but you see, if you are getting leads, you are locked in. Even though I questioned the validity of the leads, they would not stop the charges. Finally I got my proof that this was a SCAM. The last month of leads I received, I was able to get in touch with these people. I was told by two different people that they had never heard of EPerks. They confirmed that they had never visited the EPerks website nor my website. They both stated that they had been online. One said she did look at Real Estate and this must have been how her information was captured. I offered my services however; they did not need my services.

I contacted EPerks again and told them of my conversation with the last, so called leads. I did finally get them to stop charging me however; they refused to refund my money. I have no problem paying for services but this, this is a SCAM. I contacted my credit card company and told them of my dispute. My credit card company investigated and charged back Eperks. Eperks is now contacting me with threats of collections.

I can not let this company tarnish my good credit. If there are others in the same boat, we need to do something!
