I RECEIVED AN ACCEPTANCE CERTIFICATE FROM CAPITAL CREDIT OFFERING A PRE-APPROVED CAPITAL CREDIT GOLD CARD,AS IT STATES
YES, SEND ME MY NEW GOLD CARD, I UNDERSTAND THAT MY APPROVAL IS GUARANTEED, WITH A $15,000 CREDIT LIMIT AND 0%APR FOR THE FIRST YEAR.

I HAVE SIGNED THIS ACCEPTANCE CERTIFICATE WITH MY APPROPRIATE FEE. STANDARD PROCESSING $37 RUSH $44. IT ALSO STATES THIS APPROVAL GUARANTEE IS FULLY ENFORCEABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF ARIZONA.NO APPLICATION OR CREDIT CHECK NEESSARY WHEN CARD HOL,DER SIGNS THIS ACCEPTANCE CERTIFICATE.

I SENT IN THE $44 FOR THE RUSH PROCESSING,IT SOUNDED GOOD TO ME AT FIRST BUT AFTER SENDING IT I HAD SECOND THOUGHTS AND WANTED TO CALL THE COMPANY I HAD MADE COPIES OF EVERYTHING AND NO PHONE NUMBER.

SO I LOOKED ON THE INTERNET TO FIND OUT INFO NOTHING THEIR WEBSITE WWW.CAPITALCREDIT.COM IS THEIR NAME AND GOLD CARD BUT NOTHING ELSE NO CONTACT NO LINKS NO EMAIL. I FINALLY FOUND A PHONE NUMBER 714-881-7777 CALLED AND CALLED IT STATED TO ENTER YOUR GOLD CARD NUMBER SINCE I DIDN'T HAVE ONE YET I DAILED 0 FOR OPER IT SAID CALL BACK LATER I ENTER NUMEROUS NUMBERS AND NOTHING IT JUST HANGS UP ON YOU.

I RECEIEVED THE GOLD CARD FROM CAPITAL CREDIT IT IS A CATALOG OF OVER PRICED CHEESEY JUNK AND YOU HAVE TO PAY HALF OF WHATEVER YOU WANT AT THE TIME OF THE ORDER. IT IS NOT A REGULAR CREDIT CARD THEY WOULD HAVE YOU BELEIVE.

SO I TREID AGIAN THE PHONE NUMBER 714 881-7777 AND AGAIN NO GETTING IN WITH MY GOLD CARD NUMBER, I HAVE CALLED THE ORDERING NUMBER THEY TELL ME THAT I HAVE TO CALL MEMBER SERVICS AND I TOLD THEM I HAVE FOR THREE DAYS A NOTHING HE STATED WELL I HAVE SPOKEN WITH THEM SO I SAID GIVE ME THE NUMBER YOU CALL SAME ONE HE SAID HE COULD NOT HELP ME ONLY MEMBER SER. AND GAVE ME THE FAX NUBER I HAVE FAXED AND FAXED LETTERS OF CANCELATION AND A REFUND WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE

ALSO I GOT THROUGH TO A VOICE MAIL AND HAVE LEFT 3 VM WITH NO REPLY AND I HAVE SENT BACK THE GOLD CARD, CATALOG AND A LETTER AND HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING!!!!CAPITAL CREDIT IS A RIP OFF! I ALSO CONTACTED THE FRAUD DIVISION AT MY BANK.
