A-1 Factory Direct Roofing Inc. was paid in full for completing roofing project on our home. We found out they failed to pay the roofing supplier for supplies. The roofing supplier has placed a mechanics lien on our property. We contacted the roofer who refused to pay the supplier. We contacted the California state contractors license board who informed us to sue the roofer and there bond. They also mentioned the roofer had FIVE other complaints of failing to pay suppliers.

Rebuttal to Claims Against Roofing Suppliers

We are G&F Roof Supply, we have been in business since 1984 and we have several yards. When we are not paid by a roofing sub-contractor it is our constitutional right to file a mechanic lien.

WOW!The roof supplier G@F roofing supplier is new and very small company who needed fast cash to PAY for second location in Anahiem.At first they were MORE than competitve in pricing,but then the phone calls started coming wanting CASH payments BEFORE the 3 roof jobs were DONE!!!!!!!!!!!Furthermore we have a court case with them next month and will NEVER use them again!We have gone back to previous supplier who charges a little more and SENDS invoices 30,60,90 days AFTER the job is DONE!The customer who posted his comments failed to mention that this fiasco was taken care of and payment was made in full!Also we have contacted customer who agrees but his comments cant be removed from this web site!WHICH IS NOT FAIR!Perhaps we should report the web site?
