I have seen a few reports on this company and I would like to tell you all a great story about ATV Discounter.
I was online looking at their scooters, found one I loved and decided to save it on my wish list. About 2 weeks later I recieved a letter in the mail from them. When I opened the letter I was shocked to see a Bill Of Sale and a Title to the scooter I was looking at.
I immediately called them to find out what had happened. They told me it was an error on their part and then had the nerve to DEMAND me to send the title back to them ASAP.
Well, this ticked me off so I decided to play with them a little, I kept telling them since I have the title I want my free scooter. Companies like to harrass consumers so I thought I would give it back to them. Well today I got a stern email from them stating that when I pay for the scooter they will ship it.
Well, I obviously have no intention of buying from this company. I sent them a reply email stating that when they send me a SASE I will send back their title. If they do not respond to me I will hand the title to the local DMV and let them know how this company made such a careless error and let them deal with the title.
I find it strange that people who actually did buy from this company cant get their scooter in a timely manner and I get the title and bill of sale for something I never bought. Makes you wonder who is actually running this company
