Looking Trim I ordered from this company and have been lied to and treated very rudely and all I have to show for is a charge on my credit card !!! Key Largo Florida

I recently ordered 3 bottles of nuphedrine off of the internet .I received a email stating my nuphedrine had been ordered and I would see a charge on my credit card for the amount of 142.89. My account was charged on november.15,2007 and it is now December.6,2007 and I have still not received the nuphedrine.I have made various emails to this company and have not been contacted by anyone by email to were my product is. I began calling the 1800 number on there web site and for a week it had a recording stating (this is not a working number), after a week the phone # is finally in service and I get to speak to a real person.The gentlemen informed me they only order the product and I would have to contact another #, he then gave me this new number 1-866-246-6688 and that is when all the lies began. After calling the number I talked with a gentlemen name Jason and told him my situation and he then began to look up my order and told me my package had been shipped and it was coming US Postal Service and I should receive it no later than that wednesday november 21, 2007( which I spoke with him on nov.19,2007)I told him thank you so much and that I just wonted to make sure my product was on its way, he then assured me again it was.On November 21,2007 I received no package, so I decided to wait till that friday November 23.2007 just in case the mail was running behind due to the holidays.Well that monday November 26th I called back again and could not get anyone to answer and only set on hold for hours, I finally called back on the 28th and spoke with another gentlemen and was informed by him that my order had not been shipped and that they had ran out of the product and had to reorder and that I would receive my with the new shippment that had come in and I should give it a few more days.I then called Jason back on his direct line (which he gave me ) 1-888-766-5359 and told him what the other man had told me and asked him why he had told me my order had been shipped ? He then apologized over and over and said he thought it had but they ran out of the product before they got to fill my order. He told me to give it til the 1st week in December and I should receive it then.On December the 3rd I had still had not received, so thats when I decided I had been more that nice to many times and I just wonted a refund. I called back and talked to the same gentlemen that I had been in contact with besides Jason and explained to him I still had not received my product and I wonted a refund he then told me he would have to submit that request and I would not know if they would give me a refund for 7 to 10 days for me to call back. I then told him I was going to file a complaint and that I wonted my money back and they had done nothing but lie to cover up more lies, I then told him I was recording this phone call and that is when he said (you are recording me ? ohhh great, I bet you didn't know I was a recording artist !) I then asked him over and over again what his name was and all he kept saying was bye lady, and he hung up, I called right back and everytime I would call he would pick up the phone and hang up. I hope no one else is scammed by this company and I hope I receive my 142.89 back. That would be a great christmas present.
