NADN Pacifica Keywordgold ripoff different name Pheonix Internet

I was contacted by Pacifica Labs to help me get my Mony back from Nadn.The caller said I qwned a hit generator purchased from Nadn from them. That I had active Hits on the generator going to Cyber space. He wanted me to redirect the hits to a Mall that had merchandice in it that it would cost me $395.00 to do this.

I was borned at nite but it was'nt last nite!!!!

That really sounds like a real good way to get my money back frrom Nadn does'nt it. NOT.....

It troubles me to think that Nadn and Mallforall could steal money like they did. walk away and get away scott free.

The tactics the caller from Pacifica Labs sounded to familer. I would be very cautious if I were you if you are contacted by these people.

Today I received a call from Picifica Labs. The lady on the phone told me that they were a part of the mall for all that was sold to so many of us. She told me that they were trying to contact previous owners to help them get some of their money back. I noticed a bit of nerviousness in her voice like it was one of her first calls for the company. She told me that somebody elese would like to talk to me about helping me get some of my money back.

Right then I felt like a big scam was behind this, So i said that I can not talk about it now. She Gave me an 877# as well. I did not try to call it. I wanted to see if I could find anything on here about them. BAM Here it is.

I also was contacted this evening by Pacifica Labs, who are so graciously offering to 'help' me get some of my money back that I was suckered into giving up to NADN. As the previous posts have stated, they are very slick. The first person who called identified herself, and in true scam-artist fashion, handed me off to her manager. I knew something was up right then. I have become very jaded and bitter towards any cold-call that is offering anything. As I was reading my email, I let the guy spew his spiel while I read my email and responded with the occaisional 'uh huh'. I really hate it when they say, 'Now, wouldn't you be excited to pay $395 to get back your $8000 GUARENTEED?'...'uh huh, but no thanks.'

I explained to him that it took 2 years and $500 to pay my tax guy to get me out of it, and that was money well spent. This guy was selling whatever the heck it was as something that won't make me rich, (then why do it, I ask myself)but will help me recoup my losses. I've already closure and have moved on, and I don't need another nightmare of promises, and dead phone numbers. SO NO THANKS!

Eddie sent me an email explaining everything and a link to what my new website would look like. What a hokey website, I wouldn't sign up for that if it actually *were* free!
Here is the email, it reeks of NADN tactics. I never did buy from them, but they talked as if I did. I think they just got hold of NADN's contact list and are phishing:

Your software is still working properly but unfortunately all your internet traffic is being sent out into cyberspace. This is because your Keywordgold software is sending them to a website address (mallforall.com) that is no longer there. Now what we can do is set you up with one of our free affiliate websites which we'll also host for you at no charge. (www.royaltraffic.info is an example of what your affiliate website will look like.) This way we will have a place to redirect your customers to and our affiliate website will be linked to www.keywordgold.com which is our product website. Our sales team will then sell your customers the # 1 Rated Hit Generator Software on the entire internet.

You will be paid a commission of $19.95 per month for 12 months on every sale which equals $239.40. If we only make one sale a month you will make almost $3,000.00 this year.

When you originally received our software you were given around $1,500.00 in what is called “Free Credits.” Those free credits have either been entirely used up or are almost used up so we now need to do two things. First we need to take out and change the 150 or so “Key Words” in your Keywordgold software in order to direct all future traffic to your affiliate website and secondly we need to replenish your “Free Credits” which drives our software. There are some questions you need to ask Pacifica Labs imbedded in the following:

My wife spoke to Michelle at Pacifica Labs a few weeks ago and wanted me to look into the value of taking their offer of trying to make lemonade out of the NADN/Oryan lemon mess. Their offer pretty much sounded like Kurt's (Pacifica) email posted above.

There is a larger than normal collection of paperwork due to all the problems (with the NADN chain) in addition to items kept for stroke/memory issues that my wife has. So I scanned through those piles of NADN/Oryan/MallForAll stuff looking for keywordgold “anything” because Pacifica insists this was part of the “standard” MallForAll package. In short I found “nothing”.

Looking online I found “Rip-Off” type stuff and official Pacifica/keywordgold sites. I then called Pacifica Labs, Inc. to see exactly what I should be scanning paperwork for.

Make of it what you will. I spoke to Michelle who handed me off to Jeff who gave me a run around on most of my questions. To his credit he did better explain how keywordgold works. First he did not answer what their address was when their business association with my wife's MallForAll first started. He reiterated “current client” status and that the software is still working, but could not explain why I wasn't finding anything about that in the records. He claimed that they were responsible for all the hits at the MallForAll. When I asked for things that I was scanning records for, like the starting date, account number, record of hits, account set-up, User ID & password confirmation/availability, list of keywords, etc.; he explained his inability to respond by saying his contact list came from boxes of papers and “sticky notes” received back from NADN at bankruptcy time. I then asked how he was certain of current client status and how I could be certain of past performance and what credit was spent or remains in the account. His posture (and still in a sales mode) was that it didn't matter what the balance was, they would restore the $4,000 credit and provide the website access free gratis. My counter posture was that I could not make a rational determination without being able to verify past performance or even proof of being a client. End of conversation.

There are additional issues not brought up in that conversation all from Kurt's (Pacifica) email (above). It says keywordgold's software was patented, everything that I see on their web pages indicates patent “pending”. In a search of the US Patent Office site I could not find either evident. If not patented by now, why? If patented, what is its patent number? The posting says keywordgold is the “# 1 Rated Hit Generator Software on the entire internet”. Who rated this? Why is this impressive rating not found in a search of the “entire internet”? A claim was made about the Better Business Bureau. I did find one complaint and it looks like the BBB has reporting offices in different locals that may not share info with each other. Las Vegas shows no complaints but warns that Pacifica has no valid business license. What's up with that? A trip to keywordgold's “about” page will reveal a BBB Online Reliability seal, clicking on it you will arrive at a BBB page stating Pacific's membership has lapsed for:

· Non-payment of the annual BBBOnLine license fee or BBB membership dues;
· Failure by the company to maintain its BBB membership, or abide by the program standards or dispute resolution requirements of the BBBOnLine program

What were the original 150 keywords and what was so wrong with them that they needed to be changed. I see copies of “Popular Searches” at MallForAll/Shop'n2000 that remained the same for weeks and/or months on end. If everyone had different keywords and everyone had keywordgold as part of the package and it was driving traffic fairly evenly , shouldn't there have been daily changes in the displayed searches?

I received a call this evening from Thomas at Pacifica Labs and everything that I have read in this site was also told to me. The only difference, some of them were getting a better deal than they were going to give me. They wanted $697.00 originally, but quickly dropped the price to $597.00. What a deal!

Let me see, I've already lost several thousands of dollars to the NADN/Oryan Management scandal and because of their fraud, I owe the IRS several thousand more dollars and now they want me to trust what they are telling me?

I have learned a hard lesson and it won't happen again. I don't trust anyone, especially when they are calling from Las Vegas!

I am supposed to be receiving some information from Pacifica Labs by fax tommorow morning. If I do actually receive this info.and anyone needs any evidence for prosecution of this company, let me know. I'm gunning for these crooks and will do all I can to see them put out of business before they rip-off someone.

For a mere $397, I'll be able to recover the $4k in "membership" to NADN, the two years of $3k each to Mallforall piece of junk and then the thousands I owe to the IRS because of this. I sure wish I lived in Vegas....I'd be visiting them with the DOJ in tow.
